Copy all tables in/out MYSQL Database. A directory start of this script 777 CMOD, for creating tmp files. Adjust file/post upload limits - using apache .htaccess file:

php_value upload_max_filesize 100M
php_value post_max_size 101M
php_value memory_limit 128M

Right upload(2M)<post(8M)<memory(8M). The maximal size of a file on a disk depends on operational system. It is possible to expect on 2Gb.
